Escape to an idyllic setting where the calm of the lake meets the charm of an elegant 1920s villa. Villa Jeanne, perched on the edge of the peaceful waters of the Bourne, is the perfect refuge to recharge your batteries with family or friends. Wake up every morning with a panoramic view of the lake and the Vercors massif, from your room or the terrace. Combining the authenticity of this Art Deco villa steeped in history with modern comfort, the villa offers a privileged location. Take advantage of the proximity of shops and a wide range of activities within walking distance. Explore the Thaïs cave, take a cruise aboard the paddle boat or discover the garden of petrifying fountains for a magical experience. Many hikes are accessible from the cottage, and the greenway is only 200m away. Fabienne, your host, will be delighted to share the fascinating history of the villa and recommend the best addresses for an unforgettable stay.

The property, fenced and secured by a gate, welcomes you through a charming courtyard leading to a majestic entrance hall from the 1920s.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with billiards, bar, TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a large dining room for 10 guests. A bathroom completes this floor.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms:
Cathy's room: 1x140 lake view
July Room: 1x140 lake view with balcony
Nadine Room: 1x160x200 lake view
Colette Room: 2x90x200 Modular to 180x200 (road side)
Sonia Room: 2x90x190 Modular to 180x190 (road side)
Outside, enjoy a magnificent terrace with panoramic views of the Vercors and the lake!
Animals are welcome: an agility course and all the necessary comfort are specially dedicated to them.
Please note that the villa is on the roadside. Noise pollution is minimised on the eastern side (terrace) and inside, although 2 bedrooms are exposed to the road side with a potential risk of noise.
